Before Booking

The house price for up to 4 guests: 70,000 HUF / night / house

Maximum capacity: 6 guests

• 5 guests: 80,000 HUF / night / house
• 6 guests: 90,000 HUF / night / house

Minimum stay: 2 nights

In Hollókő, the local tourist tax is 450 HUF / person / night for guests aged 18 and above.

To confirm your booking, a deposit is required.
The deposit amount is 30% of the total booking value (excluding the tourist tax).
Your booking will be considered final once the deposit has been received in one of the bank accounts listed in the confirmation email, within 5 days of making the reservation.

Cancellation more than 7 days before arrival:
The deposit will be refunded in full.

Cancellation 1–6 days before arrival:
The deposit is non-refundable (30% of the total booking value will be charged as a cancellation fee).

The remaining balance (including tourist tax) can be paid upon arrival in cash or by bank transfer (bank transfer or Revolut).

Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask guests to check out by 10:00 AM. Different arrival and departure times can sometimes be arranged, but these must always be confirmed in advance. In case of early departure before the reserved end date, no refund will be given for the remaining nights.

The accommodation is handed over to guests in a clean condition. No cleaning service is provided during your stay. For stays longer than one week, cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels is available once a week upon request.

Smoking and the use of incense are strictly prohibited inside the building. In the garden and on the terrace, please use the ashtray provided. Remember – the next guest might be an enthusiastic little child who will surely find any cigarette butts left in the grass.

We do not take responsibility for any personal valuables (e.g. jewellery, phone, laptop) brought onto the property, nor for the safety of vehicles parked in the yard.

Pets are not allowed in the guesthouse.

Fires may only be lit in the outdoor stove (masina) located on the terrace, using the firewood provided underneath it. The outdoor stove is suitable for both cooking in a cauldron (bogrács) and roasting bacon over an open flame. All necessary tools can be found next to the stove. Please use the kitchen cookware only on the indoor induction hob.

The trampoline in the garden is to be used at your own risk.
The host accepts no responsibility for any accidents or damages resulting from its use.
The trampoline may be used by a maximum of 3 people at a time (total weight limit: 120 kg / 265 lbs) and only with the zipper fully closed.

In the garage, under the dartboard, you will find the equipment needed for the game.
Please play responsibly, keeping your own and others’ safety in mind.
The host accepts no responsibility for any accidents or damages caused by improper use.

Guests are welcome to pick and enjoy any fruit, vegetables, or herbs from the garden.
